A New Day a New Spice Mix

Clean eating doesn’t have to be boring; the same protein can taste completely different with a simple spice mix substitution! The following mixes can be used for 4-6 portions of your favourite protein. I love the Greek mix on lamb and steak. Piri Piri I usually use on chicken and have discovered it tastes great on eggs too! The Smoky and Sweet BBQ I have used on almost everything including veggies and it’s always a crowd favourite. And the Taco Mix is a fantastic alternative to the pre-made spice mixes; try it with beef, chicken or tofu for your next taco night!
